I Cant Upload Photos From iOS (iPhone/iPad)

We can currently accept file types;

PNG & JPG.

By default iPhone/iPad and iOS devices use a format called ‘.heif’

For images in this format, we ask that you send us a link to the image instead. You can use services like iCloud Link, Dropbox, Google Drive, or link us to a public image on the internet.

Just make sure the link is accessible to the public, and not set to private.
