Brickfest the Lego fan event, returns this July school holidays to Newcastle Jockey Club, July 9th and 10th, with proceeds set to support the John Hunter Hospitals Kids Club. Car & Bike Enthusiasts Gathered Outside McDonald Jones Stadium Yesterday For ‘All Jap Day.’

Between 550-600 Cars, Bikes and 4WDs gathered at McDonald Jones Stadium yesterday (Sunday 05/06/2022) for Newcastle all Japanese Car & Bike Show, affectionately called by attendees ‘All Jap Day.’ Running for its sixth year, after two cancelled years due to Covid-19 restrictions, the community event attracted Japanese-made vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Newcastle Driverless Bus Trial Launches

The Driverless shuttle is a self-driving vehicle which is open to the public on Weekdays between 10AM-2PM. The trial is funded by the ‘Smart Cities’ program and will run for three months. The zero-emissions vehicle has a seating capacity for eleven people and is fully accessible.
