Lake Macquarie Police District is appealing for public assistance following a spree of vandalism in Kahibah that left approximately 20 vehicles damaged late last night. Authorities responded to reports around 10.45 pm on Wednesday, 6 November 2024, regarding a group of young individuals reportedly slashing car tyres in the area.

The incidents affected vehicles on Frith Street, Beath Crescent, Wallsend Street, and Hexham Street, with significant damage observed across all sites. Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or has information that could aid in the investigation to come forward.
