newy.com.au – Motorists travelling through Cardiff are being warned to expect changed overnight traffic conditions at the intersection of Pendlebury Road and Macquarie Road next week.
Transport for NSW said geotechnical investigations and potholing work would be carried out at the intersection over two nights from Tuesday, 9 June, between 7pm and 5am.
Lane closures will be in place during work hours, with the speed limit reduced to 40km/h. Drivers have been advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
Transport for NSW thanked motorists for their patience and said more information was available through Live Traffic NSW, the Live Traffic app or by calling 132 701. Drivers can also search for “Cardiff” in the app, select the incident and follow it to receive updates.
