Two-Vehicle Collision on Minmi Road, Fletcher Today
On Friday, 30th August 2024, at approximately 2:10 pm, emergency services, including Fire and Rescue NSW Wallsend, were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Minmi Road in Fletcher.
Upon arrival, crews discovered two vehicles with significant damage following a collision. NSW Ambulance paramedics attended to both drivers at the scene. Fortunately, neither driver required transport to the hospital.
The crash caused partial obstruction of traffic on Minmi Road as efforts were made to remove the vehicles from the roadway. The situation was managed swiftly, with minimal disruption to local traffic.
Emergency services are reminding drivers to remain vigilant on the roads and to adhere to traffic regulations to prevent accidents like this from occurring.
