The Carols have grown to become a major community event in East Lake Macquarie, bringing together families with live entertainment, market stalls, food stalls, amusement rides, a visit from Santa and a fireworks display at 9pm.

Performers include Emily Rex from The Voice, The Jolly Pirates, Matt Purcell, Tina Moore Dance School and Rich and Famous.

The carols will be officially opened by Michael Green and Gary Edwards MP.
